Who we are
EverHome Energy Ltd ("EverHome Energy", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England & Wales and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
What data we collect
- Contact details you provide via forms — name, email, postcode, phone if shared.
- Home information you submit to the home check — property type, roof orientation, current energy use.
- Technical data — IP address, device type, pages visited, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use your data
- To match you with a suitable local installer when you request a home check
- To reply to questions you send via our contact form
- To improve our guides and the website itself
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Sharing your data with installers
When you ask to be matched with an installer, we share only the information needed to provide a quote: your name, contact details, postcode and home details. We share with one carefully matched installer at a time — never multiple companies. You can withdraw consent at any point.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Anonymised analytics is kept for up to 26 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have it corrected if inaccurate
- Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict its processing
- Receive a portable copy
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
